OUR Thoughts on Seabreeze Resort, Paradise Cove, South Coast, Upolu
Paradise Cove, the location of Seabreeze Resort Samoa has great cultural importance in Samoan folklore and what a magnificent place it is. On the picturesque south coast of Upolu there are many beautiful beaches and many very special natural attractions both on the coast and in the coastal hinterland; Paradise Cove stands out amongst the best of them. The cove itself is quite small. It’s a “U” shaped cove with a small, sandy beach at the base, natural rock and tropical forest on each side and an opening to the lagoon with its protecting reef and the ocean beyond. There are small islands dotting the lagoon outside the cove opening. All these natural features have provided a superb location for an intimate, high quality, adults-only holiday resort.

This little gem of a resort is an approximate 60-minute drive from Apia and 90 minutes from the International Airport and within easy walking distance of Aufaga Village, Vavau Village and many of Upolu's spectacular beaches. Seabreeze faces towards the south capturing the cooling south-easterly breezes and the beautiful sunsets over the lagoon.

A majority of the resort villas and suites cluster around and above the swimming pool on the flat land above the beach at the base of the cove. The beach and lagoon are accessed by a few stone steps beside the pool. The excellent award-winning Waterfront Restaurant and Bar, the Private Dining Pavilion and the Cbreeza Pizzeria (Cbreeza 12:00 to 5:00pm Sundays only) are all located on a ledge right above the waves on the waterfront on the opposite side of the intimate little cove from the accommodation. The Waterfront Restaurant and the Pizzeria are open to the public (including children) between 11:00am and 5:00pm only, but this doesn’t in any way compromise the adults-only nature of the resort as these facilities are not on the same side of the cove as the accommodation units and Paulini’s Pool Bar with opening hours10:30am to 6:30pm serving simple starters, salads, sandwiches, burgers, freezing cold smoothies, beers, wines, spirits and cocktails around the pool is available for the enjoyment of in-house guests only.


Seabreeze has a minimum 3 consecutive nights stay policy.

Room Categories
 Ocean View Villas:
On a small rise overlooking the pool with views of the pool, cove and the lagoon; four of the five Ocean View Villas are duplex (joined) units and one is a stand-alone building. Each one features a large wood-plank deck and a large thatched Pavilion out front. The deck and the Pavilion are furnished with outdoor lounge furniture and a double hammock slung under cover in the Pavilion. Villas are light and modern with a gentle Samoan influence. Lava rock from the surrounding cliffs has been incorporated with floor-to-ceiling glass panels to make a stunning modern bathroom. Bathrobes and slippers provided.

Existing Bedding: 1 King Bed which can be split into 2 Single Beds and a Day Bed
Additional Bedding: No additional bedding accommodated.

 Deluxe Ocean View Villas:
     (Formerly Reef View Villas)
Two Villas in a duplex building. A little bigger than the Ocean View Villas, Deluxe Ocean View Villas have stunning Pool, Reef & Surf Views. Deluxe Ocean View Villas are open-plan and are particularly designed for 3 people requiring separate beds. A feature lava rock bathroom and private toilet with disabled facilities complete the picture. Deluxe Ocean View Villas have a nice big deck and a Pavilion out front and a double hammock slung under the thatched Pavilion. Bathrobes and slippers provided.
Maximum Occupancy: 3 guests
Existing Bedding: 1 King Bed which can be split into 2 Single Beds and 1 Single Bed.
Additional Bedding: No additional bedding accommodated.

Lagoon View Spa Pool Villa:
Elevated to maximize the lagoon views across the bay and along the coastline, this villa captures secluded beaches, small islets and on a clear day you can even see the outline of Pago Pago in the distance. Being the ultimate in luxury this private and secluded villa is designed to create an atmosphere of romance and exclusivity. Enter your private gated courtyard complete with your own spa pool with outdoor hot water shower and furnishings that will relax and inspire you. The courtyard connects seamlessly with the bedroom space via French doors to create the ultimate in tropical living. With a private balcony offering elevated and sweeping views of the coast and ocean beyond, the hardest decision of your day will be deciding whether to relax and enjoy the view, laze on your outdoor lounge or have fun in your bubbling spa pool. The Lagoon View Spa Pool Villa is perfect for Honeymooners and those escaping the children to reconnect with the one you love, providing a romantic ambience that will appeal to those seeking a special place to relax, reconnect, recharge, or start a new life together.

 Beachfront Villas:
2 Villas located further along to the side of the pool at the eastern end of the bay, resting on the sea wall. At high tide, the sea laps the rocks under the cantilevered deck from which there are 180 degree views of the lagoon. Each stand-alone villa has a spacious private courtyard furnished with a daybed and double hammock in addition to the splendid waterfront deck. Features are the magnificent view, the private dressing room, the wonderful bathroom and a second hot-water shower in the private high-walled courtyard. Bathrobes and slippers are available for guests to enjoy.

 The Honeymoon Point House:
The Honeymoon Point House (A clever take on the word “Penthouse” isn’t it?) is located on the eastern promontory point of Paradise Cove a short distance away from the Beachfront Villas. Enjoy a private Spa Pool and a secluded additional hot water shower within the walls of the totally private walled courtyard. Any couple (you need not be honeymooners) would find this villa and its location an exceptional holiday choice. Bathrobes and slippers provided.

Getting to and from Seabreeze Resort
Seabreeze Resort staff personally meet all arriving guests, irrespective of their arrival time, at the International Airport (and Mulifanua Wharf for those arriving by ferry from Savaii) with a chilled bottle of water and a fresh Ula (lei). Guests are welcome to arrive by rental car.  However, arrivals by rental car can only be accepted between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm.  


Kids Policy
Only guests aged a minimum of 18 years are catered for at Seabreeze Resort Samoa.

Check In Time: 2:00pm
Check Out Time: 10:00am
Guests on Early Arriving Flights
As Seabreeze Resort does not have day room facilities, guests on flights which arrive in Apia early in the morning who wish to guarantee immediate access to their accommodation are highly recommended to pre-book and pay for their accommodation from the night before as failure to do so may result in a wait until 2:00pm for the room to become available.
Guests on late departing flights
A late check-out may be requested once guests are in-house at Seabreeze Resort.  Subject to availability, a late check out up to 6:00pm may be charged and this charge is negotiated directly between the guests and the resort managers on check-out day.
Late check-outs after 6:00pm are charged as a full extra night.
