OUR Thoughts on The Whitehouse, Hillside Ocean View Spa Villa, Bucks Point, Norfolk Island:
The White House is a beautiful, stand-alone quality Hillside Ocean View Spa Villa located approximately 4kms from Burnt Pine Village, in the prestigious Buck’s Point district,. The House is a very spacious 350 square metres in area and comprises 5 bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms.  There are panoramic ocean views from all rooms and generous wrap-around verandas.

With its amazing views and top-notch facilities, The White House is an ideal option for up to 4 couples travelling together or for a group of up to 10 friends sharing the wonderful living rooms, decks and verandas of the house while enjoying private bedrooms. The house may be booked by any number of guests from one to ten.

Guests staying at The White House have full access to all the facilities and services of Cumberland Resort including their spa treatment centre, heated swim spa pool, over 400 DVD movies and snorkelling gear.

Heavenly fluffy cotton topped King beds, enormous private master bedroom with walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom and parents retreat, three outdoor entertainment areas, fireplace, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, vaulted ceilings, halogen lighting with dimmers, several skylights. Large dining area with seating for at least 10 persons. 

Two storey, no stairs to climb as access is to both levels, gas heaters, electric blankets, wireless internet, computer, home office, Skype phone, stereo with CD player and iPod dock.  There are iPod docks/CD players in all bedrooms, 50" LCD TV’s, Blu-Ray player, Foxtel satellite cable TV, double garage, spacious well equipped open-plan kitchen with quality appliances and every conceivable small appliance including cappuccino machine, Miele dishwasher, own spacious separate laundry room with Miele washer & dryer and Robin Hood ironing station, separate walk-in pantry, no neighbours, fully furnished, modern, quality appointed, total privacy.“

Norfolk Island Spa Treatments avalable at Cumberland Resort and Spa
Quoting Cumberland Resort:
"All packages are performed in house in our Spa Room with an expert masseuse/therapist. Facials, body wraps and exfoliation.

Massage available includes: Relaxation, Swedish, Remedial, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Balinese traditional, Shiatsu, Hot Stone and Chinese Cupping.  Infrared Sauna and The Endless Swim Spa offering exercise, relaxation and therapeutic massage all in one compact unit. 

Heated Swim Spa Pool heated at approximately 36 degrees year round, this is the ultimate in muscle relaxation.  Seating up to 12 adults comfortably, the ‘Spa’ end holds strategically placed hydrotherapy multi swirl jets which provide the effervescence of aeration.  The spa functions as normal with bubbles, lights and heat.  The ‘Swim’ end of the spa contains two jets producing a concentrated flow of water, suitable for swimming or walking on the spot. The water pressure can be regulated to accommodate most swimming strokes or skill levels."

Getting To and From The White House
Guests are provided with VIP airport meet & greet and return airport transfers. A heavily discounted rental car is included with the accommodation rates per day and this charge, which includes insurance is payable direct to the resort.
Rate until 31 March 2020:
     A$29 per day for a sedan
     A$39 per day for a minivan
Rate 01 April 2020 to 31 March 2021:
     A$32 per day for a sedan
     A$42 per day for a minivan

Kids’ Policy
Children are welcome. 
Children are charged a flat rate per night and this includes the use of a car seat, portable cot, highchair and stroller.
Babysitting is available at a reasonable charge.

Check in time is 3:00pm
Check out time is 10:00am

Resort Cancellation Policy
 All cancellations must be made in writing.
 Cancellation fees are strictly enforced at this property
 Cancellations received at the resort less than 35 days
      prior to scheduled check-in date and no-shows
      incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the cost
      of services booked.
