OUR Thoughts on Nouvata, 123 Promenade Roger Laroque, Noumea
With Anse Vate Beach right across Promenade Roger Laroque which runs beside the beach and Anse Vate Bay immediately outside Nouvata, this hotel is in a prime position in Anse Vate. We think you will be impressed by the lovely little park between the hotel and the Promenade and the beach park on the other side of the Promenade. From Nouvata you are only 300 metres from where beach gear and water sports equipment can be hired. 

With 300 rooms, the hotel is like a small village. The 3 accommodation blocks surround the central courtyard containing the pools, the gardens and the massive deck off which the restaurants, bars and cafes open. The common area and the new separate Adults and Children's swimming pools also open off this courtyard area.  Nouvata’s attractions include Latin American music and dance evenings and a great weekly seafood buffet and Tahitian Show. We offer the option of either a "room-only" or "room and breakfast" tariff and we are happy to quote on either or both rates.

The location, right in the heart of Anse Vate, means guests have ready access to all the tourist features of this area.  You are only a short walk away from a whole range of shops, food outlets, French Bakeries etc.  The local bus stops right outside and there is a service every 20 minutes or so to and from Nouméa City.

We always find Nouvata has a good welcoming feel about it.  The hotel fits its mid-range Nouméa/Anse Vate positioning comfortably.  The hotel’s complimentary Wifi works best in the public areas.

Your Accommodation Options
Each of the 3 major room categories is housed in a separate building reflecting the fact that each separate building in Nouvata was once a stand-alone hotel sharing a common recreation area.  Standard Rooms are rated 2 Star and Confort and Premium Rooms are rated 3 Star.

Room Categories
 Standard Rooms
      (Ocean View)
The 120 Standard Rooms are located in the 10-level building formerly known as "Le Pacifique" and all have been progressively refurbished over the past three or four years. Standard rooms have guaranteed ocean views. All Standard Rooms have a kitchenette corner comprising a microwave oven, crockery and cutlery, sink, under-counter fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The rooms are not huge at 25m² in area, but are a totally adequate to use as a base from which to enjoy Anse Vate and Nouméa.  The rooms don’t have a balcony but they do have large windows which bring the views and the sunlight right into the room. The bathrooms have a shower.
Maximum Occupancy: 3 Adults or 2 Adults and 1 Child.
Existing Bedding: 1 Double Bed and 1 Single Bed or 3 Single Beds.
Additional Bedding: No additional bedding accommodated.

 Comfort Rooms:
      (Ocean View)
All located in the building formerly known as "Le Nouvata". Comfort Rooms at are a good size at 32m² and all have an ocean view facing outward over Anse Vate Bay to the ocean. All rooms are all air-conditioned and have a tea/coffee making facility, a desk and a coffee table with two chairs.  The bathrooms are modern with a shower over a full-size bath. Similar to the layout in the Premium Rooms, there is a curtained window between the bathroom into the bedroom which allows natural light to enter the bathroom and for guests to enjoy the view from the bathroom if they wish.
Comfort Rooms are approximately NZ$15 per night more expensive than the courtyard-facing Comfort Rooms.

Additional Bedding: No additional bedding accommodated.

 Premium Rooms: 
The Premium Rooms are in a 7-level building previously known as the "Le Parc" building. All are nice big rooms at 48m² and all open out to a 12m² furnished balcony.  Spread over the 5 lower floors, these rooms offer a sea views. 
Rooms are accessed via an open-sided walkway to the back of the room. The rooms are a little “eccentric” in a very pleasant way.  The bed head is up against an internal wood-panel framed window between the large bathroom and the bedroom. There is a curtain on this window and when the curtain is open the room view is open to the bathroom. The bathrooms have a large round bathtub, twin hand basins, and quality fittings.
Maximum Occupancy: 3 Adults or 2 Adults and 1 Child, plus a baby in a cot
Existing Bedding: 1 Double Bed plus 1 Sofa Bed or 3 Single beds.
Additional Bedding: A cot can be added.

NEW
 Family Suites:
A great new feature for families, each 90m² Family Suite has a 30m² balcony with ocean views and is the equivalent of 2 normal rooms.  There is a large opening between the sleeping area and the living area which adds to the feeling of spaciousness in the open-plan suite. Each Family Suite has a large bathroom (shower over circular bath and two hand basins) with toilet, dressing room, second toilet and separate kitchenette with microwave, jug, fridge, sink, crockery and cutlery.  Facilities include air-conditioning, two TVs with satellite channels, DDI, tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer, NZ-style electrical outlets, in room safe and Wifi access.
Maximum Occupancy: 3 Adults and 2 Children or 2 Adults and 3 Children aged under 12 years.
Existing Bedding: 1 King Bed and 1 Single Bed.
Additional Bedding: 2 single Rollaway Beds may be added. 

Getting To and From Nouvata
The International Airport is located quite a distance from Nouméa City and airport transfers by coach are included in Package Prices as required/agreed. Private car transfers are available at additional cost.  For suburban travel, local buses, which stop right outside Nouvata, are readily available – the local bus takes 15 to 20 minutes to travel between Anse Vate and downtown Nouméa. However, when staying at Nouvata, almost everything you need is almost right next door or at least within easy walking distance.

Kids’ Policy
 Kids Stay Free
A child aged up to 11 years inclusive stays free of charge when sharing a room with parents and utilising existing bedding. Up to 3 children stay free in Family Suites when accomanying up to 2 adults.  Children staying free are charged for breakfast if the room and breakfast option is taken.
Conditions:
 - Subject to room maximum occupancy policy.
 - Cots for infants aged up to 2 years may be requested.
 - Babysitting (charged) available on request.

Check in time is 2:00pm
Check out time is 11:00am
Early Check-in and Late Check-out:
The hotel will provide early check-in and late check-out if available on arrival/departure at a fee of approx. 40% of the nightly tariff.

To guarantee immediate access to booked room when arriving prior to 2:00pm the hotel levies an additional 1 night accommodation charge.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
 All cancellations must be made in writing
 Cancellations made more than 48 hours before arrival
     date: no charge
 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival date
     incur a cancellation fee equal to the cost of staying
     1 night in the room type booked.
 No shows: Guests who fail to show: no refund is given
