OUR Thoughts on Hilton Noumea La Promenade Residences, Anse Vata, Noumea
Centrally located on Anse Vate on The Promenade Roger Laroque. This busy Promenade starts near the Noumea Yacht Club on the city fringe and traverses the Baie des Citrons, then around the headland where the Novotel Le Surf Hotel is located and along the entire foreshore of Baie de L’Anse Vate and Anse Vate Beach, before heading inland just before it reaches the Chateau Royal Hotel at the southern end of Anse Vate Bay. Hilton La Promenade Residences is separated from The Promenade Roger Laroque by a big, sweeping circle of parkland. The Hotel, which comprises 3 towers (2 are designated non-smoking) fronts the parkland from behind a circular courtyard which houses the Resort Pool.
Built in 2005 with 160 units, Hilton Noumea La Promenade Residences is rated 4 Star. All apartments are modern with kitchens and the complex is surrounded on either side by supermarkets, shops and restaurants. This property is a good choice for those wishing to have the self-catering option coupled with modern, quality facilities. Free Wifi access is provided in the rooms. The highest tower is 10 floors and lifts are available. There is a restaurant on site as well as a very good Fitness Centre.
Your Accommodation Options
All apartments are modern and spacious with polished timber plank flooring, air-conditioning, and full-sized kitchens with a decent-sized fridge/freezer, a microwave oven as well as a cook top and oven, a dishwasher and a clothes washer/dryer. A toaster and a coffee maker and all crockery and cutlery mean you really can self-cater full meals in these kitchens.
Every apartment has a sea view and a good-sized balcony with outdoor furniture. Sitting on the balcony here, you can really watch the world go by – the kids playing in the park, the people on the beach, the boats coming and going from Ile aux Canards (Duck Island) and so on. The bathrooms have a combination bath/shower. An iron and an ironing board are included.

Two Bedroom Apartments:
90m2 with a beautiful 22m2 balcony, 2 separate bedrooms, a separate lounge/kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
Maximum Occupancy: 4 Adults or 3 Adults and 1 Child or 2 Adults and 2 Children
Existing Bedding: 1 King Bed and 2 Single Beds.
Additional Bedding: No additional bedding accommodated.
Three Bedroom Apartments:
110m2 square metres with a 20m2 balcony, 3 separate bedrooms and a separate lounge/kitchen. 2 Bathrooms.
Maximum Occupancy: 6 Adults or 4 Adults and 2 Children or 3 Adults and 3 Children
Existing Bedding: 2 King Beds and 2 Single Beds.
(One King Bed in each of 2 bedrooms and 2 Single Beds in the third bedroom)
Additional Bedding: No additional bedding accommodated.
Getting To and From Hilton Noumea La Promenade Residences
Return airport transfers in a seat-in-coach are normally included in Package Prices as required/agreed. Private car transfers are available at additional cost.
Once at Hilton La Promenade Residences getting around is easy with local buses readily available – the local bus takes around 20 minutes to get from Anse Vate to downtown Noumea. However, almost everything you need in form of beaches, water-sports, shopping, restaurants, food outlets etc is found at Anse Vate within easy walking distance.
Kids’ Policy
Hilton Noumea La Promenade Residences does not differentiate between adults and children in its room rates. The tariff for each apartment type is subject to the maximum occupancy policy as shown above and does not change irrespective of the number of guests in the apartment (subject to maximum occupancy policy).
