Your Accommodation Options
With a total 450 Rooms, Suites, and Bungalows The Ritz-Carlton O’ahu, Turtle Bay has every accommodation option covered. The main buildings of the resort are superbly located right on Kuilima Point, the most northerly point on Oahu. The main buildings are arranged like a 3-blade propeller, where each arm is a separate 6 level building radiating out from a central core. This layout ensures all rooms have at least a partial ocean view of the amazing surf around Kuilima Point. The main building houses the Resort Rooms, Ocean View Rooms, Ocean Front Club Rooms, Premium Ocean Front Rooms as well as the Suites.
The Ocean Bungalow rooms are in blocks of six single storey buildings scattered along the beach on the western side of the Point.

Resort Rooms:
478 sq. ft. living space. Settle into a room that is as stylish as it is cozy and serene. Situated on the 2nd floor of the main building, you're just mere moments away from the pools, beaches, restaurants, spa, and activities. Putting you right in the center of all the action. The Resort rooms feature a sitting area and a large bathroom with a shower and double vanities. This category does not offer interconnecting rooms. Due to room configurations, rollaway beds and air mattresses are not permitted in rooms with two queen beds. *The resort's main building offers varied views of the ocean and North Shore coastline. Most rooms have a partial ocean view. Rooms that overlook Kuilima Cove do not have a balcony.

Ocean View Rooms:

Treat yourself to breathtaking views of the North Shore paradise located on the 2nd to 5th floors of the main building. *The resort's main building offers varied views of the ocean and North Shore coastline. Most rooms have a large lanai or small balcony. Rooms on the 2nd floor that overlook Kuilima Cove do not have a balcony. Located on the 6th floor of the main building, you'll be guaranteed direct ocean views. *The resort's main building offers varied views of the ocean and North Shore coastline. Ocean Front King Suite:

Getting To and From The Ritz-Carlton O’ahu, Turtle Bay
Only a 55-minute ride from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL), say aloha in no time, and dive into your oceanside getaway with shuttle services and car rentals to/from Turtle Bay.
For guests arriving at Honolulu Airport and transferring direct to Turtle Bay there is a Shuttle Service we will reserve for you to and from Turtle Bay. The Shuttle can take up to 3 hours to reach Turtle Bay depending on other drop-offs/pick-ups. We also offer private car transfers which are a little more expensive, but take less than half the time.
Oahu’s famous “TheBus” route 55 runs between Turtle Bay and Ala Moana Centre every 20 minutes or so from early morning to around 10:00pm. The Adult Visitor fare is US$2.50 and that gives you one transfer ticket to get from Ala Moana to Waikiki. The Bus route takes you around 2 hours between Turtle bay and Ala Moana and it’s a pleasant ride.
There are other options for Day Tours etc., but don’t overlook the option of a Rental Car. Having a rental car gives you the opportunity to visit the many other attractions of Oahu’s North Shore – The Polynesian Cultural Centre, The Dole Plantation and Waimea Valley to name a few. If you plan to stay in Waikiki before and/or after your stay at Turtle Bay, picking up a Rental Car in Waikiki and driving up to Turtle Bay and having the use of the car during your stay at Turtle Bay is a great idea. We can pre-arrange a Rental Car for you and include it in your package price.
Kids’ Policy
Family Plan: Children 17 years and younger stay free, when occupying the same room as their parents and utilising existing bedding.
Connecting Rooms: May be requested but will not be guaranteed.

Check out time is 11:00am
All guests arriving before applicable Check in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. Baggage may be checked in for those arriving early if rooms are unavailable.
