YASAWA ISLAND RESORT & SPA
Our Resort Report
Our Thoughts on Yasawa Island Resort and Spa, Yasawa Islands, Fiji
For those seeking to holiday in an intimate, up-market resort away from the crowds, with superb accommodation options, surrounded by amazing while-sand beaches and where all meals and a whole range of activities are included in the tariff, Yasawa Island Resort & Spa could well be your exact fit.
Yasawa Island, from which the Resort takes its name, is the northernmost island in the Yasawa Islands chain. It is so remote it takes 30 minutes to fly direct from Nadi by Resort Charter flight or 5 hours from Port Denarau Marina by fast catamaran ferry to Nanuya, an island south of Yasawa, and then a further 1 hour by Resort Speed boat to The Resort. The remoteness of this place adds immeasurably to your enjoyment; there are no day-trippers, there is no other accommodation on the island and no children aged under 16 years staying except during the designated family weeks (see Families & Kids section below).
Free high speed wireless internet is provided in and around the Main Bure & bar and a computer with internet access is available for guest use in the resort library.
