Our thoughts on Tokoriki Island Resort, Tokoriki Island, Mamanuca Islands, Fiji
With only 36 Bures and Villa, Tokoriki Island Resort is a great choice for anyone seeking a relaxing holiday in a luxury island resort which is small enough to give a certain amount of exclusivity and privacy but with enough economy scale to be able to deliver an exceptional range of high-quality services and facilities. 

The Resort has a very good restaurant, lounge and bar area from which guests enjoy the view of the ocean over a wide deck area. There are 2 swimming pools, one of which is a nice big horizon pool and there are four separate Dining Decks right on the beach for private, romantic dining. In the tropical garden between the tennis court and the bures, there is a lovely little 8 seat Teppanyaki restaurant in a perfect setting provides a alternative dining option. Tokoriki Island Resort has an attractive tropical Spa, (managed by Senikai Spa Fiji), hidden amongst the palm trees and a lovely wedding chapel in the beautiful landscaped grounds. There is a purpose built jetty and heli pad, a PADI 5 Star Scuba Dive Centre offering daily complimentary snorkel trips to the outer reef.

Tokoriki Island Resort is west-facing with grandstand sunset views and located out on the far reaches of the Mamanuca Group.

Tokoriki Island Resort is an adults-only resort and only accepts guests aged minimum 16 years year-round.

 Honeymoon Bonus
Honeymooners, staying a minimum of 5 nights, receive:
● A bottle of French sparkling wine
● A gift in your Bure or Villa on arrival.
● A tropical fruit plate
● A floral decorated bed (first night)

Your Accommodation Options
All the accommodation at Tokoriki Island Resort is air-conditioned, consiting of Beachfront Bures, Beachfront Pool Bures and Beachfront Pool Villas. 

There is a very pleasant relaxing atmosphere about the Bures and Villas at Tokoriki Island Resort. It’s quite hard to explain in writing – you really have to be there to experience the feeling, but it’s probably the spaciousness and the exceptional balance that has been achieved between contemporary island style and traditional Fijian design that gives guests such a feeling of well-being. You’ll know exactly what we mean as soon as you step inside.

Room Categories (in ascending order of tariff)
 Beachfront Bures::
The open-plan Beachfront Bures are freestanding and set in a row on th enorth side of the central resort facility, so no bure is far from the reception, restaurants, lounge and swimming pools. Each bure is an open-plan 60m² in size, has ceramic tiled floor and cathedral ceilings plus an indoor and outdoor shower. The bed is a work of art with its Fiji-style four-poster layout complete with draped tropical netting (not that you need that with air-conditioning, but it looks great!).
Maximum Occupancy: 3 guests
Existing Bedding: 1 King Bed.
Additional Bedding: 1 King Single Bed can be added which can be utilised by a 3rd person or by the second person if twin bedding is required.

 Beachfront Pool Bures:
The 18 Beachfront Pool Bures are a similar size and layout to the Beachfront Bures with the addition of an individual 3.5 x 2.5 metre plunge pool. Each individual pool is surrounded by extensive decking. Another enhancement is the enlarged outdoor courtyard shower.

Existing Bedding: 1 King Bed
Additional Bedding: 1 Single Bed can be added which can be utilised by a 3rd person or by the second person if twin bedding is required.
Kindly note that bookings for less than 2 nights are not accepted in Beachfront Pool Villas.

 Beachfront Pool Villas:
Each Beachfront Pool Villa is huge at 120m² in area and while they are open-plan there is are defined lounge and bedroom areas. The high, vaulted, Fiji Bure-style ceilings provide an extra feeling of space. Everything about these villas oozes style and space. There are 10 villas on the southern end of the beach  All Villas open out to a nice big deck on which there is a thatched gazebo furnished with a big, comfortable day bed. A 3.5 x 2.5 metre plunge pool is incorporated into the 70m² deck. The Villa, deck and pool is on one level.
Maximum Occupancy: 2 guests
Existing Bedding: 1 King Bed.
Additional Bedding: No additional bedding is accommodated in the Beachfront Pool Villas.


Getting to and from Tokoriki Island Resort
Fast Catamaran Ferry
There is 1 scheduled fast catamaran ferry service each day between Denarau Marina and Tokoriki Island Resort
When arriving and departing Tokoriki by ferry, guests are transferred between the ferry and the shore on a resort tender boat which comes in to the resort jetty and helipad. 
Helicopter
Services from Nadi International Airport Helipad or Denarau Helipad to Tokoriki Island Resort, landing on the resort's new helipad.  Enjoy a very scenic flight over all the Mamanuca Islands en route. The helicopter option is only available during daylight hours and is weather permitting. Crossing time is approximately 15 minutes.
Speedboat/Water Taxi Service 
Speedboat/water taxi services are available at any hour of the day or night. Subject to weather conditions it is possible to travel to and from Tokoriki at any time negating the need to stay overnight on the mainland if you wish to maximise your time on the island. The crossing time by water taxi is between 45 and 60 Minutes. Kindly note that the sea can become a little rougher during the afternoons and this may cause discomfort when travelling by water taxi.
Inter-Island Transfers
The Resort contracts a professional boat operator to provide boat transfers between Tokoriki and all other Mamanuca Island resorts as required. (charges apply) 
 
Kids Policy
Younger guests aged 16 years and over are welcome year-round at Tokoriki Island Resort. The resort does not cater for children under the age of 16 years.

Hotel standard check-in and check-out times:
Check In Time: 2:00pm
Check Out Time: 10:00am
Early Check-In
To guarantee an early morning check in, the resort recommends that accommodation be reserved one night prior to arrival. 
Late Check-Out
Late check out (subject to availability) may only be requested while staying at the resort.
Two complimentary Courtesy Bures are available for late-departing guests to shower and freshen before departing the resort.
