Our Thoughts on Paradise Holiday Homes
It is very unusual to find four-bedroom accommodation anywhere in the Pacific Islands and in Rarotonga in particular, so this property will be much in demand when it becomes better known, especially for larger families, groups of friends travelling together, couples travelling together, wedding parties, small groups and even for small business conferences. Paradise Holiday Homes are happy to book out the whole four villas for a group of up to 32 guests who wish to have exclusive use of the property. The sleeping arrangements are very flexible as each bedroom can be configured either with a King Bed or 2 Single Beds.
With a full kitchen and a complete range of cooking utensils and crockery, glassware and cutlery for 8 guests, each villa is exceptionally well set up. Villas are serviced every 3 days. As we’ve noted many times regarding a stay on Rarotonga, nothing is very far away from everywhere on this remarkable island. There are restaurants everywhere and for self-catering supplies, it is worth taking in the market just outside Avarua and the night market at Muri. The supermarkets in Avarua are only 20 minutes away by bus or car and Wigmore’s Super Store is only around 4kms along the coast road (The Ara Tapu) towards The Rarotongan Resort and they carry a very good range of grocery supplies. A small road-side Dairy is nearby. For a spot of kayaking, snorkelling, stand-up paddle boarding, sailing, glass-bottom boat coral viewing etc, it is only a short bus, car or cycle ride up the road to Muri Lagoon where this equipment is available for hire.

Paradise Holiday Homes have a 3-night minimum stay policy.
Your Accommodation Options
Four Bedroom Villas
All 4 Villas at Paradise Holiday Homes has a similar layout. Each Villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Occupants of each pair of bedrooms share 1 bathroom located between the two. Both bathrooms have a door off each side providing access from each of 2 bedrooms.
Maximum Occupancy: 8 Adults
Existing Bedding: 1 King Bed in each bedroom, any or all of which may be split into 2 Single Beds.
Additional Bedding: Individual requests for additional bedding will be considered.
Kids Policy
Children are welcome and cots, high chairs and strollers are available for hire. Please note that the individual swimming pools at Paradise Holiday Homes are not fenced.

We always advise and liaise with Paradise Holiday Homes on the actual arrival and departure times of your flights and if the villa booking pattern allows it, guests are welcome to occupy accommodation outside the official check-in and check-out times.
