A spacious, beautifully appointed 3 bedroom ocean front Villa with magnificent sea views from the bedrooms and front deck. Beautiful sunrises and the hues of sunset are a spectacular feature of this coast. With 2 big bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom plus the adjoining self-contained studio (with bathroom) this villa has great possibilities and flexibility for a wide variety of accommodation needs. The kitchen has commercial gas hobs and an electric oven and is fully decked out with all appliances. The 14m lap pool will meet the needs of those who want to exercise or just relax in the courtyard around the pool at the back of the villa. Wheel chair access via ramps and open plan bathrooms means accessibility for all. A supermarket, coffee house, takeaway outlet plus rental cars are within a 3 minute walk. Stroll the secluded sandy beach and then cool off in the man made ocean pools at the waters edge. Whether you looking for a short break or an extended long stay, live differently on Rarotonga and go local and enjoy the very real and natural experiences to be had on the island and then retreat to the sanctity of your private ocean escape.

Coast Cook Islands Luxury Villa has 2 bedrooms inside the villa with 2 bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom is a seprate adjoining self-contained studio with ensuite and kitchenette. All rooms have panoramic views to the ocean.
Bedroom One:
Has an ensuite bathroom with a seperate bath and shower.
Maximum occupancy is 2 guests, in 1 King Bed.
Bedroom Two:
Has an ensuite bathroom.
Maximum occupancy is 2 guests, in 1 King Bed.
Bedroom Three (Adjoining self-contained Studio):
Has its own bathroom and kitchenette.
Maximum occupancy is 2 guests, in 1 King Bed.

Getting to and from Coast Cook Islands Luxury Villa
Return airport transfers will be included in holiday arrangements as required/agreed and included in your package price. Transfers may be arranged on a seat-in-vehicle basis or in a private vehicle. Our Travel Specialists are happy to advise on the relative costs and convenience of all types of transfers.
Kids Policy
Children are welcome, but kindly note that the neither the pool nor the beach is fenced.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out
Early check-in and late check-out when available, is on request and subject to a fee of $250 per early check-in and late check-out.
