September 2023 - Saletoga Sands Resort, Samoa

We got back from Samoa a few weeks ago and we just wanted to thank you so much for your excellent service and help in planning the trip - it was fantastic! The resort was really great and we had a very restful time away. 

We did however just want to provide some feedback about the resort's food. You may recall that we opted in for the "all inclusive" package and which meant we got breakfast / lunch / dinner (three courses). We would not recommend this for other guests as it really was too much food and most nights a single course would have been enough as most evenings we didn't eat three courses. We also had some concerns about the quality of the food (particularly the red meat / fish & seafood dishes).
I appreciate that these are probably on the menu for western tourists but they were not well cooked and our feedback would be that the resort does need to lift its game with regards to dinner particularly. Overall, we did not feel that this represented good value for money and I would not recommend other guests opt into it. 

Overall, we had a really fabulous time and would definitely go back.
