Yes, we had a wonderful time on our holiday in Vanuatu!
Well worth the wait - we made our original booking before Covid so had been looking forward to our family holiday for quite some time!

Chantillys was perfectly good for a short stay in Port Vila, the rooms were nice and it is a short walk into town. The breakfast and restaurant was very nice.

Aore Island Resort was just perfect. The hosts and staff were very friendly and helpful and the bungalows super nice and comfortable. The food and service for all meals at the resort restaurant was first rate, the staff very friendly and welcoming. They booked our tours and provided the arrangements and ferry transfers seamlessly. We would definitely stay there again next time, and would recommend the resort to anyone going to Santo.

We did have a problem with our flight from Santo to Port Vila, it was cancelled by Air Vanuatu, consequently we were unable to make our connecting flight back to Auckland the next day. I phoned Our World and spoke with Jo who worked really hard for us to come up with alternatives. She monitored the information available all afternoon and kept us informed. It was great to have this backup from NZ to help get a resolution. In the end Air Vanuatu reorganised our flights and we came home via Sydney a day later.
