No day is ever the same when you’re fishing in Niue, which is part of the experience. You don’t have to be a professional angler, after all, being on holiday can also mean experiencing things for the first time. Join local skipper BJ Rex out on the water targeting blue water pelagic species that run through Niue’s waters. Fishing is seasonal and with BJ’s local knowledge and years of experience, your chances of a strike are really good! Our boat has been set up for safety and comfort as a licensed operator. Departure times are fairly early in the morning, out on the water for five hours and BJ is happy to mix things up a bit, depending on what you want to try and what the conditions are like. From trolling, jigging, casting, and cubing, it will be an enjoyable experience for all.

One of the main questions that does get asked on the boat is “what happens to the fish”? Fish caught belongs to the boat. The anglers get invited back to the small family cafe where BJ prepares a piece of your catch for you to eat. If you prefer to take a piece back to your accommodation that’s also easily done!

Standard charter is 5 hours and includes all gear and light refreshments on the boat. Boat can carry a maximum of 4 people.

All gear, bait, and tackle provided. Charters available Mon-Sat. No boating on Sunday. Morning departures are at 5:00am. Please note there are no toilet facilities on the boat.
